Hello How’s Your ePresence Listeners! On this episode we get the pleasure of hearing from two special guests. Mike Sammond, the owner and producer of Gwinnet Business Radio X (the outlet that makes this very podcast possible), joins us to discuss the COVID-19 virus and the role the media plays in spreading the news about social distancing.

Mike Sammond, Gwinnett Business RadioX

Social distancing- deliberately increasing the physical space between people to avoid spreading illness- is something that several millennials are not practicing in the middle of their spring breaks. James Galvin, a Georgia Tech graduate student (and Mark Galvin’s son), chimes in about possible reasons why some millennials aren’t keeping their distance.

We’d love to hear your thoughts on social distancing, COVID-19, and trusting the media. Even though we can’t share the same room, at least we can share a conversation!

Question of the Show: With the COVID-19 pandemic greatly affecting our nation, how is social media going to help with that change and what can it do to get the message out to millennials?
